 제1조(시행일) 이 고시는 고시 후 1개월이 경과한 날부터 시행한다. 다만, 이 고시 시행에 따라 적용되는 화학물질관리법(이하
 “화관법”이라 한다) 제13조(유해화학물질 취급기준), 제23조(화학사고예방관리계획서의 작성&#4510;제출), 제24조(취급시설의 배치&#4510;설치 및
 관리 기준 등) 및 제28조(유해화학물질영업허가)에 대하여는 고시 후 3개월이 경과한 날부터 적용한다.</td>

 포함한다)된 유독물질을 고시 시행일 이전부터 취급하는 자는 화관법에 따른 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 각 호에서 정한 날짜 이내에 해당
 사항을 준수하여야 한다.</td>
